Missy Perez is an accomplished sports marketing executive and proud UF alumna currently serving as Director of Marketing Content for the Philadelphia Phillies. With nearly a decade of experience across MLB and NHL organizations—including the Tampa Bay Lightning, Cleveland Guardians, and Tampa Bay Rays—she leads brand storytelling, social media strategy, and influencer partnerships at the highest level of professional sports.

Missy earned her B.S. in Telecommunication from the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications in 2015 and her MBA in Marketing from Villanova University in 2023. As an adjunct professor at UF, she brings a learner-first, mentorship-driven approach to the classroom and is passionate about helping the next generation of Gators break into the sports industry.
