Brittany Hink is an experienced marketing and business intelligence professional who specializes in transforming complex data into meaningful, actionable stories. With more than a decade of industry experience, she brings a practitioner’s perspective to the classroom that blends analytics, communication strategy, and creative problem-solving. Brittany earned her Master’s degree in Audience Analytics from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Western Carolina University, grounding her work in both research-driven insight and human-centered messaging.
As an educator, Brittany is deeply committed to bridging the gap between data and storytelling. Her teaching philosophy centers on curiosity, adaptability, and hands-on practice, helping students learn not just what to do, but why it matters. She designs learning experiences that mirror real-world business challenges, giving students opportunities to analyze data, interpret insights, and craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Her classroom environment is collaborative, inclusive, and anchored in the belief that learning is a lifelong journey.
Outside of her professional work, Brittany finds inspiration in exploring new cultures, hiking, cooking, and experimenting with watercolor painting. These creative pursuits fuel her curiosity and reflect the same spirit of discovery she encourages in her students. She is passionate about helping future communicators and analysts develop the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to become thoughtful, effective data storytellers in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
