Justin Joffe is a communications strategist, educator, and consultant whose work focuses on organizational strategy, executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and professional learning.

He brings more than a decade of experience developing learning programs and strategic communications resources for senior communicators at Fortune 500 organizations across the finance, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and technology industries. As Editor-in-Chief and Head of Learning and Development at Ragan Communications, Joffe designed and developed more than 50 asynchronous courses and proprietary frameworks used by communications professionals and leaders worldwide.

Joffe also teaches Design Thinking and Innovation as an adjunct lecturer at Saint Francis College. His consulting work includes executive communications, stakeholder strategy, organizational development, employee engagement, and event design. As a writer, his work has appeared in publications including Newsweek, Vice, Vulture, Best Lawyers, and AdMonsters.

His teaching draws on his experience at the intersection of communication strategy, organizational leadership, and editorial practice, with an emphasis on helping students apply strategic thinking to real-world communications challenges.
