Pam Fultz has an extensive background in professional communications, beginning her career in news broadcasting and then transitioning to public relations. She spent 12 years serving as an anchor, reporter, and news director at various radio and televisions in Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. Fultz transitioned to the public relations industry 18 years ago, but still uses her passion for storytelling to share organizational narratives that drive market share. She is the Senior Manager of Community Relations for Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, Florida. In this role, she manages local outreach and community relations functions, and oversees a companywide media relations program that was launched in 2018 for her community’s parent-organization. In 2023, she managed and launched a podcast for the company.

Fultz holds a bachelor of arts degree in communication from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and a master of science degree in corporate and organizational communication from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. She also holds the Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) designation.

Fultz is past-president for the Gulfcoast Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She also serves on the Wildlife Committee for the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. In addition, she has contributed articles to PRSA’S national news publication, Strategies and Tactics and has presented storytelling webinars to the Northeast District PRSA Conference and to the New Professionals section of the New Mexico chapter of PRSA.
